Job Description :

1. Is responsible for action steps that are clearly defined and laid out; Handles repetitive routine activities, that are standardised, with little or no scope for digression
2. Performs operational tasks of a repetitive nature, for which output is specified in advance
3. Is measured on adherence to timelines, quality, cost/ savings targets
4. Uses guidelines or routines to solve regular problems
5. Has a basic understanding of the 1 - 2 core technologies used by the program
6. Follows instructions with minimal deviations from the specified standards

Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience and a minimum of 0-3 years of related experience.
2. May include highly experienced individuals performing entry-level equivalent work who are non-degreed or degreed in an unrelated field


To interact with store personnel working in the stores in UK through  calls and resolve 
their queries related to any part of the store (Front End / ShopFloor / Backoffice)• The 
role is responsible for delivering an excellent standard of customer service to Tesco’s internal customers and uses their expertise to effectively troubleshoot issues raised during a call/ through mails exchanged.• To be aware about business and customer needs and offer accurate and comprehensive information in the mail/during a call.• To consistently exceed set daily and monthly targets on customer service availability and any other agreed performance parameters.• Adhere to and comply with organization’s compliance policies and procedures pertaining to the process.
